Your First Visit,

Your first visit will include a thorough health history and physical examination. Once history and examination have been concluded, treatment will begin. The doctors at Spectrum AK use a neurologically based system of manual muscle testing to locate and correct dysfunctional systems in your body. Corrections may include chiropractic adjustments, fascial treatment, treatment to acupuncture points, and other reflex methods to improve function. Nutritional supplementation, exercises, diet, and lifestyle changes may be prescribed. A follow up visit is recommended in a few days to monitor progress and apply additional treatment.

Chiropractic care is for everybody and ​everybody​! We treat individuals of all ages, and your referral is our greatest compliment. FIRST VISIT CHECKLIST AND FAQ:

The checklist below will provide you with information about our practice and help answer any questions you may have.

❏ Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork.

❏ If you have had lab work done within the last year, please bring it with you.

❏ Expect to be in the office for approximately 90 minutes your first visit.

❏ Subsequent visits are typically 20 minutes in length.

❏ Your timeliness is much appreciated. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason,

please let us know 24 hours in advance.

❏ Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., and 2:15 - 5:00 p.m. We

are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. Fridays we are open from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00

p.m.
